Order Processing

All orders are dispatched within 1 working day after order confirmation.

Orders confirmed after 5 PM will be processed the next working day.

Delivery Time

Our courier partners deliver within 3 to 5 working days in most cities.

Remote or rural areas may require an additional 1–2 days.

Shipping Charges

Standard shipping charges apply as shown at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number to follow your shipment.

Delivery Attempts

Courier will make up to 2 delivery attempts.

Please ensure your phone is reachable for smooth delivery.

 

Noorae COD (Cash on Delivery) Policy

At Noorae, we offer Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan for your convenience.

How COD Works

Place your order on our website and select Cash on Delivery at checkout.

Our team will verify your order by call or SMS.

Your parcel will be dispatched within 1 working day after confirmation.

Important COD Guidelines

Please ensure your phone number is correct and reachable for confirmation and delivery.

The courier will only hand over the parcel after receiving payment in cash.

Open Parcel Not Allowed before payment (as per courier company rules).

If you cannot receive the parcel on a certain day, please inform the rider or our support team in advance.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order before dispatch by messaging our support team.

Orders already dispatched cannot be canceled.

Refusal to Accept Parcel

Repeated refusal of COD parcels may result in temporary blocking from using COD on future orders.
