We accept major local methods like Easypaisa, JazzCash and Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders within Pakistan.

We accept returns/exchanges within 24 Hours of delivery, provided the items are unused, in original packaging, and with tags attached. To initiate a return, please contact us at +92 307 757 3535 with your order number and reason for return.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, refunds are typically processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method.

If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can usually modify or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. Once the order is shipped, we cannot make changes, but you may return the item once it arrives (subject to our return policy).
